Swiftly collects nothing. No analytics, no advertising, no tracking, no accounts with me. The app talks only to the Jellyfin server you enter yourself.
All of it disappears when you delete the app.
While playing, Swiftly reports to your Jellyfin server what is running and how far along it is. That is what makes "Continue watching" work and lets you pick up on another device. These reports go to your server — not to any service of mine, not to a third party.
What your server stores in turn is up to you, not to this app.
I run no service that Swiftly connects to. I cannot see that you use the app, what you watch, which server you have, or how often you open it. There are no crash reports to me, no statistics, no advertising identifiers.
Apple provides me, as it does for any app, with anonymous aggregate download figures. Individuals are not identifiable in them, and they come from Apple, not from the app.
If a title has no trailer file on your server but carries a linked address, Swiftly opens that address in the browser — usually YouTube. From that moment the privacy policy of that site applies, not this one. This only happens if you tap "Trailer".
Swiftly is not directed at children and collects no data — from anyone.
If anything changes, it will appear here with a new date. As long as the app collects nothing, there is little occasion.
